Boath House, Scotland
Boath House is just about to re-open under new management, and I can’t wait for the big reveal. It’s one of those places that completely reshapes your idea of a luxury stay - a restored Georgian mansion on Scotland’s wild northeast coast with pared back interiors designed to make you slow down.

Fowlescombe Farm is just about to open, and I cannot wait to check it out. This regenerative farm stay tucked away in the rolling hills of Devon is all about getting back to nature, but in a way that feels elevated rather than rustic.

The farm itself is an ecosystem, every element, from the soil to the animals to the people running it, is carefully considered while the design is contemporary and cosy. Top of my bucket list for 2025!
Louma, Dorset
This brand-new opening overlooking the Jurassic Coast is going to be big. Not only are the interiors just gorgeous with muted tones and natural textures, but its whole ethos is about unwinding and exploring the space’s vineyards, stables, spa and grounds.
Louma also has an incredible list of activities, from yoga and Pilates to horse riding and wine tasting, to choose from during your stay plus there’s everything you need to keep kids entertained while you check out the (rather lovely) spa facilities.
